Erik Co-founder
From being part of my childhood, it gradually became a hobby, and later my passion. It has shaped me as a person and made me sharper, more focused, and more motivated. I am driven by the desire to share this with others and enable more people to experience the health benefits I myself have enjoyed through cold bathing and contrast therapy.
More than products – a recovery system
Our philosophy is based on four pillars that permeate everything we do.
Contrast therapy
The combination of heat and cold for optimal recovery and performance.
Mental strength
Cold bathing builds discipline, focus, and mental resilience.
Recovery as a lifestyle
Not a trend, but a long-term investment in health and well-being.
Innovation before hype
Functionality, quality, and energy efficiency in every detail.
We remain after delivery
An investment in Swedish Cold is an investment in long-term quality and security.
Where limits end and cold begins
Swedish Cold isn't a trend—it's a lifestyle built on experience, discipline, and innovation. We don't just create cold baths. We build systems for those who want to perform, recover, and live on their own terms.
